What to have ready when you call
You do not need a script. Three answers get us moving: where the water is coming from, how long it has been wet and which rooms it reached. Tell Dal if anyone in the house has trouble getting out, if a ceiling is sagging, or if the power is off.
Keep your first photos, even shaky ones. Note the date and time you found the water, because your insurer will ask for the date of loss.
How we get to you from the main roads
We are a service-area business, so there is no office to visit. We come to you, and we plan the trip around the road you live near.
- I-95 and US-1: the run north to Nocatee and Jacksonville, and south to Palm Coast, Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach
- A1A: the beach route through St. Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach, Vilano Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach
- SR-207: southwest to Hastings and Palatka
- SR-16: west over the St. Johns River toward Green Cove Springs and Clay County
Give us your cross street and any gate code on the call. Beach roads and bridges slow down in storms, so the arrival window Dal gives you will reflect what the roads are doing that day.
