Crosswater, Twenty Mile and South Nocatee Homes Built Since 2005
If water is moving, shut the house valve and call us. We cover the whole community, including the slice inside Duval County, and the assessment and estimate are free.
Nocatee grew from 4,524 people in the 2010 census to 22,503 in 2020. PARC Group broke ground in 2005 on Davis family land and sells parcels on to builders, so one 13,323-acre plan now holds about 50 neighborhoods. Your builder, your plumber and your warranty contact may differ from the house across the pond.
South Nocatee is not an official name, but it fits the south end: Crosswater, Settler's Landing and Seabrook, off Crosswater Parkway and Conservation Trail. Twenty Mile sits in the northeast corner off Valley Ridge Boulevard.
Community development districts were created here because the plan crosses a county line: Tolomato in St. Johns and Split Pine in Duval. A district finances shared infrastructure. It does not repair the inside of your home, so a leak behind a kitchen wall stays with you, your builder and your insurer.

Florida law sets a floor for new construction. F.S. 553.837 gives a one-year builder warranty for defects that cause a material Building Code violation, and your written warranty may run longer. Your contract and your attorney decide what applies. We document conditions. We do not rule on fault.
Water Damage Restoration in Nocatee's Two-Story Floor Plans
Plan for two failure paths. The first starts indoors, with a laundry room, water heater or air handler sitting above finished space. The second is rain. St. Johns County says local flooding comes mainly from heavy rain in short periods, and it lists debris, sediment and overgrown vegetation as causes of lost drainage capacity.
Storm wind adds a third test. In Matthew, the National Weather Service logged a 72 mph gust at Guana River State Park, on the barrier island to the east, and Ian brought a 56 mph gust near South Ponte Vedra Beach.
For your flood zone, search your address in the county's Flood Zone Viewer, or ask Floodplain Management for an official determination.
From US 1 to Your Door on Nocatee Parkway
We come north on US 1 or I-95 and turn onto Nocatee Parkway, part of CR 210. The call goes straight to owner Dal Beggs, who sets who comes out and when. Call any time with an emergency. Other calls are easiest between 7am and 7pm.
- We trace the wet area with moisture meters and thermal imaging.
- We photograph every wall, ceiling and floor involved before demolition.
- You get a moisture map and a written scope before heavy work starts.
- Daily readings continue until materials match the dry standard, the reading of unaffected materials in the same home.

If you plan to raise it with your builder, tell us on the call. We will hold off on cutting anything that can safely wait, and give you the photos and logs to forward.

These services match how Nocatee is built: newer plumbing, two-story plans and finished floors. Start with water extraction if anything is standing.

What customers say
5.0 stars on Google from 8 reviews. Quoted as written.
“Dal and his son are so compassionate and truly care about the human and do everything in their power to help your house back to normal. They were punctual and even showed back up to the house with any questions etc, I was very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone who wants someone honest in this industry that unfortunately doesn’t have many honest companies in it. Dal and his crew have a customer life with us anytime we need their services.”
“I needed a second opinion on my water damage cleanup but about 5 minutes after Dal showed up I realized I should have contacted 1 Call FIRST. They immediately got to work drying out my house and explained everything so well which helped relieve so much of the anxiety I was feeling. The communication and work was all top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
JEA Service, Ponte Vedra Addresses and Permit Notes
Your mail says Ponte Vedra, ZIP 32081, even though this is a separate place from Ponte Vedra Beach on the island. JEA carries much of the water and sewer service in this part of the county, so check your bill for the right number. Permits on the St. Johns side run through the county building department at 4040 Lewis Speedway. Homes on the Duval side fall under the City of Jacksonville.
Give us the nearest landmark when you call. Town Center and Daniel Park anchor the middle of the community. The Splash and Spray parks sit just north of Crosswater, and Valley Ridge Boulevard leads into Twenty Mile.
This layout points to an upstairs laundry leak, a drain line above a kitchen ceiling and a floor that looks fine while the underlayment stays wet.
Nocatee questions
Should I call my builder or a restoration company first in Nocatee?
Shut off the water first, then call both right away. Drying should not wait on a builder's warranty appointment, because wet drywall keeps taking on damage. Tell your builder's warranty department what happened and ask whether they want to see it. We photograph the area before demolition, so the condition stays on record even if drying has to start before the builder's representative arrives.
Is South Nocatee an official part of the community?
South Nocatee is not an official neighborhood name. It describes the south end of Nocatee, including Crosswater, Settler's Landing and Seabrook. If that is where you live, the drive and the process are the same as anywhere else in the community. Give us your street and the nearest cross street when you call, and we will confirm the route.
Who do I call about a water line problem outside my Nocatee home?
Call the utility named on your water bill for anything on the street side of the meter. JEA runs much of the system serving Nocatee, and the bill settles it for your address. Inside the meter, a plumber makes the repair and we dry what got wet. Shut the house valve first if water is still running into a wall or a room.
Get the wet wall on record before anyone cuts it open.
